Before there was Little Britain there was Rock Profile. Matt and David did their 'unimpressions' of pop stars, assisted by Jamie Theakston as Jamie Theakston. The idea was that they took a small aspect of these famous people and twisted it into a usually frightening new persona. This style of spoof was later ripped off something rotten by the dire Bo' Selecta but strangely done without any of the wit or style. They added 'Chart Show' style Rock Facts which were in fact not remotely factual but mostly very amusing. The only downside of this format was that we have to sit through bad videos from the likes of Steps to get some classic comedy. Bugger! Here are some of the bestest most truest Rock Facts:

Steps: With three girls and two boys, the fat one with black hair has to play gooseberry.
