Episode 8 has rude words in it, or so the BBC 3 announcer said. "Fanny fun" or "Rhiannon’s minge'll be getting cold"? So many phrases to choose from. Bless Myfanwy and Daffyd in his hideous sailor suit. I think I need an upgrade from Bacardi and coke to a large brandy too. Such rudeness. Not as rude as the kissing old ladies of course. Or as rude as the toe sucking from episode 7, which made an angry man complain on the BBC3 message board!

There were some very 'League Of Gentlemen' moments this week. The Boris sketch was shot like a Papa Lazarou moment but still very funny with its creepiness. Marjorie's downfall was very 'Pauline' and should have had a box of pens and the phrase 'tubby little tit-witch' in it but alas that was a completely different show. The sight of Matt in his ladies underwear was very disturbing, not unlike David as Sebastian in the previous episode. Shocking levels of nudity!

I was impressed with the little details like Gary's Nan watching old 1970s show The Good Life on her TV but with cheesy dance tune Good Life by Inner City as its theme. Does that make me a nerd? Of course it does. But not as strange as wanting an old lady sandwich... and bringing Nan some Haagen Dazs, KY jelly and a copy of 9½ Weeks! There'll be more complaints I bet.
