Project 76 supplied Little Britain's Jason with a digital camera to show us his perfect day. Like that song by that man. This is what we got off him... His prefect day involved a budget of £6.75 and a travel card, we have no petty cash facility, you know! As expected, he took a bus to the train station where he would visit his friend Gary Lee's Nan, who he hasn't seen for some time. This is not strictly true, it is only in Gary's version of events that they have not crossed paths recently, since that incident... It's all a bit hush hush!

While on the bus he met a lady called Vera who told him fascinating tales of her varicose veins and he took a photo of her in that lovely blue jacket (it was cold as we are having a heatwave at the moment) and hat. This was going well until he was thrown off the bus after Vera complained that she had lost one of her surgical stockings. All was not lost as he eventually got to the train station and continued his journey where he decided to take some 'hidden' photos of passengers. Most of these have been deleted and cannot possibly be shown on a family-friendly site such as this so all we had left was a picture of a woman sitting by the window. Not very exciting, is it? We do apologise.

On the way to visit Nan at her sheltered accommodation he chatted to some friendly Irish ladies in the street, who he bought drinks for. It all went a bit vague after this, but one of the women ended up unconscious in a skip and gave Jason's description to the police. The other one had amnesia and had some strange dark marks on the side of her neck but was basically unharmed. Very odd... He spent most of his money on a tub of ice cream for Nan and a bunch of flowers from Lizzie the flower seller (two bunches for two pounds, a bargain!) which he took to the sheltered accommodation and they ended up in a vase in her friend Lil's room. Lil was very confused when we later spoke with her as the flowers appeared with no explanation and some of her underwear had been stolen off the washing line. What a silly old woman! Jason told us she was a bit senile. Such a nice young man, he really enjoys helping the elderly, especially the ladies!
